Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and guarantee our products against damage during shipping. Contact us via email at email@example.com if you have any issues with your order. Please include your order number with any communications.
All shipments will be made by Smoker's Gift Shop from West Richland, Washington within 2 business days.
What if your order is still in processing, but you don't want it any more?
If the order is still processing, please send an email to
firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID or email address for the order. And we will prepare the refund in 1-2 business days.
What if your order is shipped, but you changed your mind?
We understand this happens. Contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the package. We’ll give you an address to ship it back to. You’ll have to pay for the return shipping. We’ll refund your original purchase less any shipping charges we paid once the item is received in new condition. We can not accept products for return that have been used.
Your item was damaged during shipment?
All of our items are guaranteed against damage during shipment. Send a picture of the damaged item to email@example.com as soon as possible. We’ll contact you within 24 hours about replacing your item.
It is important to note that all returns must be confirmed by Smokers Gift Shop prior to shipment. Any items returned without prior consent may not be eligible for refund.
Smoker's Gift Shop reserves the right to refuse a refund if it does not meet our return policy.
